Every package is one flat monthly fee per person, on a 12 month agreement billed monthly. On Fortress and Absolute that fee also covers all support labor, so the number moves when your headcount moves, not when a bad week fills the ticket queue.

Picking the one that fits
The jump that matters is Cornerstone to Fortress. Below it you buy tooling and coverage and pay hourly for the work. At Fortress the labor is unlimited and a dedicated virtual CIO owns your roadmap, so the monthly number stays flat through the months that go sideways. That is the package we recommend most often, and the one we point to when an organization is done being surprised by IT invoices.
Absolute suits organizations that would rather never run a hardware refresh again. Foundation suits a small team that has someone technical in the building and mainly needs licensing, patching and a place to send questions.

What sits outside a package
Anything not listed in your quote is scoped and quoted as project work. That normally means:
- Hardware procurement and lifecycle management covered on Absolute, quoted separately elsewhere
- Custom development and migrations along with location changes and other major projects
- Compliance audits HIPAA, PCI, SOC 2 and similar
- Software licensing outside the bundle billed separately
Two assumptions sit behind every quote: the price holds up to the quoted number of users, and you give us reasonable remote access to the systems we manage.
Common questions
What does "per user" mean?
Pricing is per person who needs support and licensing, billed monthly. A single person with a desktop, a laptop, and a phone counts once.
Which package do most organizations choose?
Fortress at $200 per user per month. It is the first package where support labor is unlimited rather than hourly, and it includes a dedicated virtual CIO, so budgets stop moving with ticket volume.
What happens if we need help after hours?
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern. On Foundation and Cornerstone, after-hours support for critical issues is available and billed per engagement. Fortress and Absolute include unlimited support labor.
Is there a contract?
Yes. The agreement term is 12 months from the service start date, billed monthly, due Net 15 from the invoice date.
What falls outside a package?
Custom development, migrations, location changes and major projects, and compliance audits such as HIPAA, PCI and SOC 2. Hardware procurement and lifecycle management is included on Absolute and quoted separately on the other packages. Anything not listed in your quote is scoped as project work.
